The Allen & Heath VF1 is a high quality, 1u rack mount, analogue filter unit equipped with a wide range of input and output connectors for ease of connection in various professional applications. It uses an enhanced version of the legendary xone filter circuits, and has three independent filters - high, low & bandpass. Many digital filters sound synthesized & of a poor quality but the VF1 bridges the gap between digital sound and analogue control. With resonance control, mono or stereo modes & an inverted filter function there has never been more adaptability in a filter unit, and what with the lfo, midi in / outputs & valve controls, Allen & Heath have really come up with the goods this time.
